Crown Roofing provides roofing inspection, repair, replacement, and insurance claim assistance services in Lexington, Kentucky and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a written contract and may vary based on project scope and requirements.
3. Free Inspections
Crown Roofing offers free roof inspections with no obligation. Scheduling an inspection does not constitute a binding agreement for any roofing services. Results of the inspection will be provided to the homeowner and are based solely on the visible condition of the roof at the time of inspection.
4. Communications & SMS Consent
By submitting a contact form and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive text messages from Crown Roofing related to your inquiry, follow-ups, and appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
5. Warranties
Crown Roofing offers a 10-year workmanship warranty on applicable roofing projects. Warranty terms are outlined in your individual service contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Crown Roofing's liability is limited to the value of services provided under the applicable contract. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural issues unrelated to roofing, or damages caused by events beyond our control.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
